I was able to purchase bracelets for my daughters at a good price. However i was a little upset that i did not find none of the prices that i saw online for birthday sets. The sales associate briana g. Was very very helpful and courteous. She helped me with everything.

Was directed for a gift but had no familiarity with the product. Process was very simple. Associate seemed aware of every single little charm that pertained to any suggestion I made.

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store, and asked what I was looking for. The staff was knowledgeable on the product giving me options when I asked. There was a sufficient selection for me to chose from even though I know what I was primarily looking for. I ended up going back a few days later to make another purchase.

I have had pandora bracelets for over 10 years. I had my charms cleaned and I worked with the customer representatives on redoing my bracelets and making them look better. They were very helpful in working with me.
