Briana G., who is a manager in the Promenade at Sagemore store, helped and was so patient with me selecting new clips for my bracelet when i couldn't decide what i wanted. she even picked out a few other things that i might have liked which i ended up getting. she even went as far as cleaning my necklace and earrings! she is without a doubt why i will continue to shop at Pandora. thank you so much Briana you were phenomenal!!!

The girls are always friendly, willing to help and give you choices to see if something other then what you thought you'd like...I've given as gifts and for myself...happy the store is close by!

The store and the associate that assisted me were very nice...Pandora was crowded due to it being the day before mothers day but the associate did not rush me when it was my turn and took the time to show me everything I wanted to see

The staff was friendly. I had two individuals who helped and uphold merchandise. They took time to offer suggestions. I loved them!

The Manager on during that shift got yelled at for a good hour by an extremely rude customer claiming that she “was a robot” & she was “forcing him to spend more money”. She handled things extremely well. This customer was honestly the rudest person Ive ever met. He even yelled at other associates who werent even involved. The whole staff fid a great job dealing with an individual who didnt deserve their patience
