I came in the store and I was immediately greeted by associates with a warm smile. They instantly offered me assistance . The sales associate knew exactly where to locate what I was looking for and I found the perfect gift . Thank you again !

Tracey was extremely helpful and patient while we were trying to pick out charms, bracelets, safety clips and safety chains. She knew most of the charms we were talking about and found them very easily for us.

I love Pandora and will return again. Andrea from the Walnut street store is the BEST!!!! I would always make that store my go to store but the parking is horrible in Center City Philadelphia. I recently, visited the Willow Grove store and wasn't really pleased with the service but the associate did state that he was only with Pandora for 1 month.

I was greeted when I came in and was brought to a salesperson . They listened to what I was looking for and helped me make my selection . The checkout process was smooth and quick.

It was like a party shopping with this store that day. As usual the staff was amazing but I was able to meet people that aren't usually in the store. Awesome service as usual.
