As usual, I was shopping with my Sister-in-Law. Our Sales Associate was helping the both of us simultaneously during the Fall Sale & did a wonderful job!

When I walked into the store I was greeted with kindness. I had no clue what I was looking for. It was my 25th wedding anniversary and wanted to buy something special. Joanna was extremely helpful and steered me in the right direction. I will always use this store for my purchases due to the kindness and help that Joanna gave me. Thank you for a great experience my wife loved the bracelet and earnings I bought her!

Staff was very professional. She knew where items were in the cases. She knew prices and what was on sale and what was not. She offered to gift wrap since she knew the items were for gifts.

Tracy was very patient and helpful.

even though it was a promotion period, she wrapped all 3 of my gifts. (she said it wasn't to busy)

Brought bracelet to store to add charms and cleaning. Was not satisfied with the job. Associate offered to redo by soaking bracelet longer. Next day I had my gorgeous bracelet back and it was soaking like new.

The store was neat and clean The sales associate found what I needed quickly

The sales people are very knowledgeable and pleasant and there is a vast variety to choose from. The sales people also offer suggestions if you're not sure what to buy.

The Store manager was the one who helped me out and she was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. She new exactly what the prices were without looking at the book, took her time to listen to what I wanted, and helped me get the best price possible. Along with the store manager, all the employees there were very friendly and willing to help. I refused my purchase at the location in the Cherry Hill Mall due to the employees being very rude and I came to this one. Couldn't be happier.

The store always has a great selection and friendly staff.
