I had to do an exchange for a bangle. Initially, I purchased the smaller one so I would place one charm on it, but instead when I took it home and later tried it on... Didn't wear it, as it was tighter and didn't move as expected. Returned to store for an exchange; they could see everything was fine and Joanna exchanged it. I'm very satisfied as they know I'm a good customer. She also told me about the upcoming sale of buy more, save more. I did that when it was available last time! Spent more than intended, but good deal!

We were looking for a specific charm in catalog that was not available yet, why would Pandora put in catalog if not available. We did but three other items but we're disappointed that we did not get what we wanted.

I was very happy at the store and it was on Labor Day they were very kind and helpful I would go back to that store even though I'm about and one hour way

The sales associate was very helpful and knew the prices of the items I wanted off the top of her head. She was friendly and welcoming. The store was very clean. I would recommend this store to friends.

The staff was wonderful, it was the selection we were disappointed with. We went specifically to get something engraved. There were 0 choices for something in gold that was big enough for what we needed. There were also 0 choices for a gold necklace for a woman. We ended up getting rose gold and really hope the person we are gifting to likes it. Also, the pen for the engraving iPad was not working so we ended up using a font instead. Writing a message with your finger is nothing close to writing one in pen. So we settled. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

No reason. Seemed to be something going on in the back of the store... maintenance perhaps.
