i was completely satisfied. didn’t take long to get what i wanted. there were nice and quick. and showed some stuff. i wish they showed me stuff up close. instead the show from the book.

It was a nice visit. the salespeople were nice. i have not complaints about it. the only thing is that the piecei bought is difficult to put on and close. i like it but it's difficult to close so much so i thought i broke it.

I bought a charm for my bracelet that was $75. It was set under the 50% off section, but it was not reduced down to 50% off. Employees were extremely nice about the problem.

Was told I can save money on my online order if I cancel my order online and buy in store I asked associate if she’s need to run my card again she said no and she did and I didn’t have the funds to buy everything all over again so I canceled my whole order out and was not able to have charms saved for when money was reversed back to my account

I wish it was more of a selection in choosing of silver options. It seems quite limited.

The sales associate was new and while very pleasant and helpful, her nails were so long that she couldn’t handle the jewelry without problems. There should be a limit to how long the nails can be to be more professional.
