Highly satisfied is a big fete. I always say too many times companies are limited. They shoot shoot for the stars and beyond but most are afraid. Like my post the person reading won’t indulge resulting in mediocracy.

I never rate anyone highly satisfied

The ring selection hasn’t really been updated. I wish I had more options at an affordable price, the rings are too pricey at this point.

Pandora does not offer a vast selection of rings. Also, the ring prices that come with the selection are pretty high. Pandora has great jewelry, but not worth the high prices.

I don’t live in that area,

Although there was a wait to make a purchase and I have no issue with that as it is the holiday, the manager was not friendly and was short with her response to my question. She turned her back and didn't even give me the opportunity for a follow-up question, very poor customer service.

I felt rushed to make a purchase. I also felt looked down upon bc I came to purchase one charm.

I like the friendliness of the staff. Also the staff is very accommodating. The store is always neat and clean.

Requested credit for the Up charm that I purchased at the Pandora store in Disney as it is now on sale for $17 less. I was informed that was not a Pandora store, but a Disney store. I am frustrated that you are advertising Pandora products and selling them in Disney, but not backing them. Of course this also means that the one year warranty Pandora provides on all products is also worthless. Either Disney is false advertising your name or Pandora is hiding behind Disney to maximize profits.
