The earrings I was thinking of purchasing seemed to have faulty catch

Not enough store associates

While I prompted greeted and assisted, I felt very rushed. Although I did have a certain charm already decided upon, there was not any offer of or introduction about new charms. All information I recieved was from my asking after my rushed purchase.

Diana was very knowledgeable about what charms would best fit with each bracelet. She was very friendly.

The store was pretty busy Not enough staff And she kept picking up the very expensive items

I found many of the trays were you have the charms were nested one on top of the other. Would be nice if these would be spread out for viewing.

I was very disappointed that Pandora no longer carries numeral charms. I initially purchased the bracelet because of the numeral charms. Also Pandora only carries certain nermeral anniversary charms. I greatly hope that Pandora will consider carrying numeral charms in the future.

There were too many people in the store waiting for service. When a black couple walked in the Manager asked them to wait outside but never said anything to myself and the girls that walked in before them. It created tension in the atmosphere and you can tell that some people were not happy.

Jacquie and Jess were amazing I was shopping for my daughter and my aunt. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the options available in the store even with being in the holiday season I was able to find something. Thank you guys for being awesome

The worker are friendly and helpful an excellent customer service with a smile. The Manager have a great team working under her
