There are two employees there that I deal with a lot. Neither one of them were there on the day in question.Although the employees that were there were very friendly and all, I just prefer to work with my favorite two employees. Those two employees have found many charms for me, even rare ones.

The sales associates wasn’t jovial as I’m used as to with other associates. She didn’t assist me with making choices or to introduce me into other charms. I looked at two trays and she didn’t introduce me or try to show me other trays. I’m just used to more outgoing associates.
