The experience was great, friendliness of staff amazing. However, there was an issue with processing payment. The electronic payment device had to be adjusted and restart the payment process.

The merchandise I purchased was a final sale. I couldn't get a gift receipt because the charms are being discontinued.

The store was very busy. There were two associates working with customers. And as I was overhearing, they were giving excellent customer service and sale to their customers, which takes more time, I understand. I was on my lunch break and needed to get in and out quickly. No one did anything wrong. I was given excellent customer service and was able to get back to work in time,but was just a little stressed trying to get in and out of your store. I have worked in retail and know the importance of customer service, so I appreciate what they were doing for their customers.

The sales associate was not able to assist with my exchange for a different size bracelet. I did not have the receipt (gift) and she said she did not find that item was purchased at another Pandora store. When I got home, I checked with my cousin who lives in VA and she did purchase the bracelet at a Pandora store. I will go back to the Voorhees, NJ store to try again. In addition, I did make a purchase but the associate was a bit pushy. When I said that I did not need spacers, nor a safety chain; she did not give up. I even said that I was watching my budget. I get it, I used to be in retail; however, I never liked to have it so a customer would not want to come back to the jewelry store where I used to work. The associate was very nice; however, I was getting a bit annoyed because I also had limited time that evening.

Highly satisfied means there was no room for improvement. There is always room for improvement. Also there were not enough tools for sales associates to work with.
