The sales associate forgot to bill an item and she realized it just before handing over the items to us. Instead of just billing that item she messed up returning all the item and rebilling every item again. It took around extra 20 min to complete the billing procedure once again.

Other ppl who shopped there had clear holly print gift bags & very holiday themed wrapping. My gift was not wrapped the same way & I received my purchase in a std Pandora bag. I felt slighted but didn’t want to cause a disturbance in a very busy store.

I was highly satisfied in some regards, as I stated in the survey. Perfection is something we strive for, but never actually achieve. There is always room for improvement.

Sales Rep, that waited on me didn't appear to be confident, I chalked it up as being a new employee. I've shopped at the Marlton NJ, location, frequently, and the staff has been friendly and very knowledgeable of the product line.

There is no reason for me to not return to this store. The only rhinf that would prevent me from go is vacation because I will be traveling.

sales associates I-Pads were not working. delay in my shopping was a distraction to my normal pleasant experience

Sales associate was not very familiar with merchandise. She needed help from another but she was very pleasant.

The store did not have all items I wanted. The associate was new so it took longer than expected. The charms are expensive for the quality

I went in to get a safety chain and also end up getting another charm to replace the one I lost. When I got home I noticed it wasn’t the charm I asked for. But i can see how the mistake was made, almost identical. I will be back at the store tomorrow exchanging for the one I want it.
