This store did not seam like it had a large selection of Disney charms. I got the feeling that our sales girl was in a hurry to move on to the next customer. We at first did not see any Disney charms and had to ask to see them.

I like Pandora because it's part of a fad. The prices are more than they are worth. Consumers are just paying for the name.

My mother and I went into Pandora to get my daughter some charms and we wanted to be rung up on separate bills but they Rungis up on the same bill and just charged two different cards but it was buy two get one free and all my mom’s charms were over $80 and mine was maybe three $40 charms so we end up getting two free $40 charms which was unfair to my mom because her charms were the most expensive and I also don’t like how they don’t let you really see the charms. They keep them under the case and you wanna see them and look at them and touch them and look all around the charge because there’s things going on all around the charm.

I asked for my bracelet to be packaged in pouched. And I was told there would be a separate charged for the pouched. This store seems to have a problem with customer service will not be returning to that store for purchases .

They should state prior to the purchasing that Sale items can’t be returned . Not after you’ve paid

The overall experience in the store was ok. What I was most unsatisfied with was customer service. The person that was helping me really didn’t know how to answer any of my questions and when it came to choosing what I wanted or solving any of my questions. To purchase, she made things seem rushed and On top of that she tried to pull a fast one on me by putting down my merchandise that I bought as final sale so I couldn’t return if anything. I confronted her and told her she couldn’t do that and the other employees just looked at her and didn’t say anything! I honestly should have reported her for that but didn’t wanna escalate things. She then wanted to act as if she was kidding and acting as if she didn’t just try to scam me. I really couldn’t believe how Pandora could hire or even have an employee like that.

Clasp issues on first bracelet purchase. Old sales woman said can’t help exchange the bracelet. Now on 2nd return we were told many had this issue so we were able to exchange for charms.

when i arrived in the store, the salesperson told me to sign on the list and i will be waited on in the order that i arrived...... it was like being on hold!!!

When I arrived there were only 2 Sales Associates in the store. They were both working with customers, however neither of them greeted me or stated they would be with me momentarily. With this type of customer service i would have normally walked out however I wanted to get a gift for my mother’s birthday. It seems more customer service training is required at this location. The sales associate who eventually waited on me was pleasant and i was satisfied with my purchase.
