The Store Itself Was Fine,However My Friend & I Were Not At All Pleased With The (2) Sales Associates (Tracy & Jenn) . They Did Not Greet Us And Did Not Take Merchandise Out Of The Glass Shelves For Us To View As We Are Accustomed, We Have Spent Alot Of Money In This Store & Was Taken Aback At The Difference In Treatment Towards Us Verses The Other Managers Who Have Been There... Sorry To Say I Will Not Be Returning To This Location. Was Not Given That Warm & Comfortable Feeling While Shopping.

Sale associate was not friendly at all,rushed out the store and we as a family were very uncomfortable by her,She looks at us as we didn't have the available money to buy merchandise.She and another employee keep staring at us as we looking around the store.My daughter asked about a bracelet set and she said wait till the holidays when it goes on sale.

When you’re running a promotional your employees need to let “EVERYONE” no matter what they look like they need to know that they can save money when they spend a certain amount. I overheard another sales associate telling her customer about the promotional, and how much she can save if she spent X amount of dollars. It doesn’t matter what I look like when I walk into your store. I’m still a person there to shop. I should have the same courtesy extend it to me as well. If I wasn’t shopping for my daughter, I wouldn’t have bought anything at all. I know you have a store in Philadelphia so the next time I decide if I want to make a purchase, I don’t mind getting on the train to go to Philadelphia. It might be the city but, they are not withholding information. I may spend less because I have to go to the city to get it, but I would rather take that trip.

Wait to purchase was out the door, some people didnt even know what they want and took up a representative to browse through a book for 30 minutes. If people already know what they want there should be an express option for them. Waited over an hour to be helped, then was told my card was declined because the representative didnt know how to work the pinpad, that took another 10 minutes of my time. Overall not an ideal experience.

I went to exchange a charm that My mom brought from a different Pandora store. The lady was like she has to call her manager to see if I can exchange it. I had my receipt, the box and the bag everything that I got when my mother purchased me the charm. So the girl that called the manager came back whispering to the other sale associate about whatever the manager said I think that was very unprofessional. She was very rude like someone didn’t purchase the charm from Pandora. I don’t think I will be returning to Pandora. Then I purchase a marvel charm they didn’t even give me the marvel box.

asistance was very bad at store, The seller calculated and received the money for the products made and higher than normal.Then I warned about price. And I waited a long time while this was fixed. assistant was very rude.it was their same second mistake , they did wrong calculation before at 500 NJ-73 STE C-3, Marlton, NJ 08053. I bought 2 braclets and 2 charms for my friends birthday. They didn't want to give me two separete bags for my gifts.The manager said that the bags in the shop are few, if they give me 2, it will not be left to other customers. Is this normal FOR PANDORA sHOP? Thank you Nataliya

I felt rushed by the sales associate and she was not helpful in suggesting things to look at. She may have been new? Should I have asked for a different salesperson? No.

I order a charm online which was 50 % off the girl told me she didn’t have the charm and she did she stated she didn’t have the charm because she wasn’t aware it was on sale so she cancelled my online purchase. After canceling the order she checked the price.
