I placed an online order for multiple items. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised that there was no sitting line. I walked in and was greeted by the team. I explained that I had a pickup order but that two of the pieces were cancelled and I would need to substitute since they were unavailable. Well it turned out that the pieces were available yet for some reason in my order they were cancelled. The representative even after explaining and her seeing what I ordered, never bothered to inform me that they actually had the selections in the store till I recognized one of the items while selecting an alternative order. Once that was cleared up, I requested and additional bag since technically I had two separate orders which the rep herself pointed out earlier in the visit when it suited her liking. To be told, NO , in such a curt manner over the request for a bag, is not customer centered and should not be acceptable from an organization in the service industry despite whatever fulfillment delays you may be experiencing. My wife, mother and daughter like your products but service in this environment would seem to be essential.

I went into the store with the intent to purchase a couple items. I already planned on purchasing a pendant for my charms, and I wanted to browse the inventory before purchasing additional items (bracelet and ring). The sales associate was not very well informed regarding the product line-up, although she may have been a new employee. This factor would have been OK normally, however she also exhibited an unwillingness to help me look at various items to purchase; almost as if she didn't want me in the store. One instance, where I asked about non-sterling silver necklaces to use with the pendant I planned on purchasing, she mentioned there was only one option (14k gold) and remarked in a condescending way, "But it costs $300". After this, she insisted I take home a catalogue and return when I knew what I wanted. Ultimately, I came in wanting to purchase more than just a pendant, and walked away feeling as if I wasn't wanted as a customer. I expected the sales staff to walk me through my purchasing with more enthusiasm than I received.

I asked if there would be a Black Friday promotion and was told there would not be a promotion for Black Friday. The only promotion would be 10% off if applying for a credit card. Less than 24 hours later there is a 30% promotion for Black Friday. Two of the 3 charms I purchased were on sale. I returned to the store this morning, 11/24, and was told by Giana that I could not receive the promotional discount OR return the charms and repurchase them at a discount. These charms are a Christmas gift for my daughter. They were still in the original packaging and had not been touched except to be wrapped by your sales associate. I have been working as a customer service representative in retail for the past 10 years. This is an example of poor customer service. My store would have applied the discount. I am extremely disappointed with this policy. I had even considered purchasing another charm because I would be saving $30 if the sale was applied. In spite of your disappointing policy, I did buy a jewelry care kit today to give with the new charms. I am disappointed with your policy.

As a man, I let another female customer enter before me. Upon entering, she went straight to the counter where an associate began to help her. I noticed on another side of the counter another associate, Briana, was helping a group of customers. There were also two other workers, one who was the manager in the center of the store but not helping anyone. As I begin to look around and circle the store, neither associate, one being the manager Dianne asked if I needed assistance. Maybe because I was African American they thought I was with the other group of African Americans who I did not enter in with. So as I circled a few more times thinking one of them would ask if I needed assistance, I just stood to wait for help. A few minutes had gone by when a caucasian woman came into the store. She walked right past me and was asked by the other person talking to Dianna if she needed help. The associate who was helping the woman who walked in before me looked at me realizing what the other associate had done - TOTALLY IGNORED ME AS A CUSTOMER!! She then looked at me and I shook my head as to say don't say anything. After a few minutes, Briana finished with her customers and helped me.

I came in and purchased a ring for a total of 80.00. I felt that I was rushed out the door I wasn't even given a box to keep my ring in or a bag. I would like to go to a Pandora store to receive a box. I was disappointed this was supposed to be a special moment for me while trying to purchase a promise ring.

We following the line Do to covid rules sales person MS. Diane W look passed us and asked some one else were they next . Then as she was helping us it felt as if she was rushing us out of the store . I have purchased many items from the pandora line over the year this visit was very disappointing to my Son and myself.

The service was good. I was told the size ring purchase was one size and it was another. The item was a bigger size than I was told.

I attempted to return a charm which was constantly attaching to my clothes and to open the lock on my bracelet. The associate was not able to open the lock and would not exchange the charm.

I created an account online for a Pandora membership card. For doing so Pandora sent me a code for 10% off my next purchase. Nowhere on that code did it specify it was for an online purchase only, i made a purchase in store and the sales assistant couldn’t not use the code Pandora provided me that would have saved me about $15 on my purchase. Bit of a let down.
