I was told if I will open s credit card and spent $700 in the store I will have 12 months interest free. When the transaction was done and credit card was approved it happened to be six months interest free only for $700, and I have to spend more, to have 12 months interest free

I purchased a pendant and chain. I was told the price would be what was listed on the wall display which was $175. The price rang up at $250 with no explanations.

Bella is extremely rude. She did not give me my jewelry box at all and she was not helpful or accommodating. I will never return to this store or purchase from pandora.

Hello, My name is Jenny Matthews, I purchased this ring 192389C01-52, on 12/24/2022 for our daughter Isabella Matthews as a Christmas present from the Pandora in the Promenade from the sales associate Naomi T 193031 , she assisted us and was a pleasure. The store only had the ring in a size 6, but Naomi stated our daughter could bring the ring back for a different size if it did not fit. Our daughter took the ring back today, 12-28-2022, the manager was extremely rude and told her that she would not exchange it for a different size and that it had been worn, she then proceeded to make rude comments about my daughter to another workers, another customer in the store overheard and approached my daughter and told her that the manager was talking poorly about her. This behavior is unacceptable, and I will not tolerate my daughter being treated this way. We have been Pandora customers for years and to be treated this way is unacceptable and I demand an apology and for this woman be terminate from her position as I would hope this not the image Pandora wants to portray especially in a Management compacity . Bought a braclet w charms for my granddaughter. Found out granddaughter never wore cause too small. Brought back to exchange for size. Brand new in original box and bag w receipt. Because it was over 30 days had to spend $69 to get new braclet!!

Denied a bag, denied a gift receipt. Sales associate was very rude and it seemed to be an racial issue
