Took my grandson to do his shopping and we usually go to the store in Atlantic City NJ. This year we decided to give this store a try and the girl at the counter was not very knowledgeable because she gave us very limited options to choose from. The experience we had I would have been able to that on line a he probably would of got what he actually wanted. We make it a fun thing and take pictures and put a nice gift together and this year all that was lost. We got two different gifts and was told could only get one bag for the money that is spent on little charms you think you can get two bags.

The sales associate was mean and rude. I will never return to this location. I felt unwanted and dismissed.

End knob on bracelet lost. Went in to replace. Told pandora does not carry replacement. Had to buy new bracelet. Unacceptable

I believe I was discriminated against because I asked to have my purchase gift wrap and Diane whispered to me she couldn’t because of COVID. Meanwhile, the customer prior to me received gift wrapping without no issue!

First: The sales clerk didn't seem to know the sizes of the rings, she didn't seem to know her way around the items. Second: The sales clerk , when asked by the customer, that she had placed the three items in the bag. Third: The sales clerk failed to place the three items in the bag. Which meant that I the customer had to drive back to the store to collect the said items that weren't in the bag when I originally left the store.

When I was making a purchase the ipad system failed in the middle of the transaction. I was told that it would be a hold on the account and I wouldn’t be charged twice. However I did get charged twice. Called to have the issue fixed. I was told I needed to return to the store in person to have the money put back on my account and it couldn’t be done over the phone.

I tried to use a gift card purchased at Mall of America in MN. It had never been activated. I called the MN and got an answering machine but when I tried to leave a message the mail box was full. Now I have to mail the card back to my sister in MN and she has to go back to the mall. Really? Some customer service!

I had a ring that I purchased at Pandora online because the store didn't have it. My daughter ended up getting two of the same $80 rings. I took her back to exchange the ring for another. When I pulled out the online receipt the sales associate treated us like we were no longer customers...she cut me off mid sentence to say we don't honor on line purchases. I tried to show her on the receipt where it said return in store or by mail... she said "It doesn't matter, Our franchise owner doesn't honor returns from the online store" How can that be? Then the rings my daughter liked were only $65-$70 and she said that we couldn't exchange the $80 ring for any. I purchased 3 bracelets , 2 with 6 charms each and one with 2 charms last year alone from this store and I will never go back in there again. The sales associate was rude and made me feel like I was returning an inadequate item.
