I was Highly Satisfied with my overall Pandora experience because as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and helped right away with a friendly Sales Associate, Amy. She was very helpful and I was able to get my merchandise very quick and easily. I will be returning to Pandora again.

The merchandise is gorgeous. The bracelets and charms were unique. Service and customer sales reps listened to my desires and wants. I walked away as a satisfied customer.

I decided to stop in to see what charms I could add on to my bracelet. I asked a question about an issue I was having with my bracelet. The sales associate gave me a great suggestion along with the different charms that were available.

Sales person was very helpful. She explained the difference in each item. Was helpful in helping to decide what item was best suited for my purpose.
