I called ahead and spoke to Payton who checked if store had items and put on hold for my pickup that evening. I decided to get additional 2 initial charms for my name rather than wait. I spent more than gift criteria. Love that the website shows the reverse of the initial, didn’t know and can do with 4 letters if I choose!

I was highly satisfied because of our wonderful helper Naomi who was very nice and helped us figure everything out in a quick easy fashion. Although the pen may not of work it still turned out amazing an we love it an had a great experience overall. She was a lot of fun an we will surely be back in the future!

The cashier was very knowledgeable about the product and how to help us get the perfect gift for our friend. other workers stepped in to also give us help on top of the other worker
