My visit was to initially return a defective bracelet and end my relationship with Pandora. In visiting another store, I did not feel the customer service I had become accustomed to having when I came to them with the issue. I left thinking I would never purchase from or recommend anyone to a Pandora store. But, this visit store restored my faith. It is not that they gave me anything other than the professionalism and respect I had become accustomed to receiving. When I mentioned my bracelet they immediately gave me the the number for customer service and provided the details that I would need to present to the agent. The team went on to acknowledge my interest in certain charm themes and engaged me in looking at new items and offers. I felt heard and appreciated as a customer. I then left the store and at 4:29 called customer service. I figured I would only get a voicemail as it was the end of their day but instead I was connected to an extraordinary you man who listened to my concerns and presented me with options. He was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. This experience changed my whole outlook with Pandora.
