Salespersons Bella and Sarah were extremely kind, energetic, and made my overall experience very good. It was my first time at that location and I would definitely go back.

I called the store before hand to ask about the availability of a particular charm. They made sure they had it before I am in. In store Bella did a great job and was very knowledgeable. She easily sold me on her suggestion of a additional charm. The other staff on were also very nice. I will come back at a later date!

Salesperson knew exactly where the item was that I wanted. She was very friendly didn’t try to sell me a bunch of other things.

Sales reps were very helpful and courteous.

Pandora is a 45 mile drive. one way. My intend was too purchase a charm, for my new beautiful. Not eacy to select one item. MY BRACLET IS A SHOW-STOPPER thanks to Katie. During my visit I decided to shop for two very special friends. It was really a break from tradition shopping and very light, pleasant, fun personalities with Diane and 'Bella. Katies took the time to introduce other ways of mixing and matching charms for a recently purchased necklace. She also cleaned and arranged the charms on one of first cuff bracelets. They suggested a credit card. I think I will be making more trips. Great sales rep. thanks for the opportunity to responds.

The sales person was very friendly and helped me pick charms. She looked up my previous purchases to help me choose. They also shipped a charm to my daughter out of state. Very impressed
