Got exactly what I went in for

I originally called Diane prior to my arrival to discuss availability of the letter G. I arrived to purchase it and Diane was the customer rep that heled me. After I was ready to purchase the letter, she asked if I was familiar about custom engraving. The answer was no, and she asked if I was interested. She then took me over to the machine and showed me how it worked and we looked in the book about some options. Diane gave me her most valuable thing, her time. She was very engaging and made the entire trip funny and enjoyable. The magic behind the gift was realized when I gave the engraved piece to my wife. There were tears of joy and that sealed the priceless experience I had at Pandora. The product can sell itself, but it was the customer service that Diane showed that will make THIS Pandora store my ultimate store of choice. Thank you very much Diane for your kindness, your suggestions, and your TIME! You truly made my experience special!

I have shopped at this store the past couple years during holidays and every experience has been great. Everyone has been helpful and outside of the usual Christmas time shopping days where the store is a little crowded everything moves along well from a customer service standpoint.

Staff here is always friendly with a greet and a smile.

Naomi spent time showing us the selection of earrings until we found a pair I liked. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

While picking up the merchandise that was purchased I also decided to make several other purchases. The sales associate was very knowledgeable of the merchandise that was purchased.
