Highly Satisfied due to Salesperson, Katie F. She was extremely friendly, sweet, helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate my shopping and buying experience. She enabled me to enjoy my time within the store, as I know the two people I purchased for look forward to. However, I was not as pleased with the other Sales Associates on your floor at this time. Their energy towards me was particularly patronizing -- a more old-fashioned uppity retail associate vibe which just does not align with the current times. I went into the store for time convivence, vs usually ordering online. Gifts were purchased for family members, one who has left in happy tears from their previous shopping experience at this location. She looks forward to going into the store very much, and it does feel unfortunate to state, I will have to tell her about my current experience. Katie F was so friendly, happy, helpful and accommodating, which is the true reason I decided to take the time for this survey.

The store had everything I was looking for and more! Caroline was very helpful and patient. I’m so glad I came to the store versus ordering online. I found everything I needed in less then 10 minutes.

I always have a good shopping experience in this store. Even if I don't know exactly what I want when I go in I can always find something that I'm very happy with. The store is laid out very well with all of the merchandise easily accessible and the staff is always just the right amount of attentive.
