Excellent service / friendly efficient staff / good quality product

Naomi was very friendly and greeted us before the door closed. She took the time to show us the merchandise and moved around tge store with ease. She spent an hour with us as we had 3 pieces engraved on our visit. The 2nd associate also helped out with starting the engraving machine. Both ladies were patient and extremely helpful. Thank you Naomi and team for making my mom and I comfortable during this visit.
