Although I was highly satisfied with my experience I was disappointed to find out the store was not able to participate in the bangle give away. I triedt order onlibe but they eere out of a charm I was purchasing. All stores should have the same give away as online. I was very disappointed tobspend $175 and then told they couldn't give me the bangle. I would have cancelled my purchase but like I said one of the charms was sold out online. Please fix this in tge future.

I was very impressed with the salesperson's knowledge of the mechandise. She advised me that the Harry Potter line of charms is going to be discontinued so I purchased a few extra pieces.

The only thing was that if they didn't have any more of the free bracelet when you bought more than 150 dollars in pandora. They should have remove the promotion out of the store.

We were shown multiple options for what we were looking for and the associate was helpful in directing us to the items that we needed. She was very nice and took her time helping us to make sure we got everything we needed.
