The customer service was excellent. The store had all the charms and the ring I was looking for. My experience was excellent. My helper knew all about the charms and rings that I needed to get.

Jessica was very helpful and gave me so many ideas that I will definitely be back to fill up my granddaughters bracelet. She even mentioned to visit the Disney store in Orlando.

I called last Friday looking for the Llama charm that someone stole from my mom. It was out of stock online, but luckily this location had it and we’re able to hold it until Sunday for me. My sales person was Isabella C. she was great in assisting and helping me check out in a quick and efficient manner. Definitely would shop at this location again.
