I placed an order for pick up and it was ready in less than an hour when it gave a 6-8 hour turn around time which was very convenient. The employee that helped me was named Jessica G. she was extremely pleasant and helped me with my exchange. This was my first time going to the Marlton NJ location and it will be my number one Pandora store to go to now!

Customer Service great, large selection of items, only thing GPS took me outside the LL Bean store instead of the Pandora store kinda confusing but I found it on the other side of the mall Marlton NJ

Isabella C was amazing with use. I went in to exchange the size of a bracelet I ordered online and get my other bracelet cleaned. She also helped me rearrange my charms on my old and new bracelet.

Diane really treated me so kindly. She showed me so many Pandora charms and even gave me a book to look at when I arrived home. I haven’t been in a Pandora store in a while and it was such a pleasant experience.

The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable of different merchandise. The store was very well laid out. The prices were good for the merchandise.

Naomi was very efficient and professional while assisting me with my purchase. She knew my ring size just by looking at my fingers.

I miss understood a promotion that ended 3/23 and I went in on 3/26 to by my daughter birthday gift for 3/28 - buy 2get the 3rd free ... I wish they would have honored this, but they would not ! And O was in On March 1st and spent 100. On a bracelet for another birthday gift .. and my birthday is April 4th So I find this to be a disappointment . Since I have done this for 3 yrs in a row with my girls birthday ‘s ... 😞😞

Briana and Giana were very helpful with my purchase. They also recommended another item I my purchase as a gift in the future. I definitely plan to revisit the Marlton location again.
