I ordered two charms online to pick up in the store. Diane, the sales associate, was friendly, and courteous. She found and processed my order quickly. She was very helpful. I enjoyed my visit to the store.

Several items wanted were not in stock. Currently have a sale going on. Items not going to be available after sale is over.
