Gianna is a fantastic employee with a bright, sunny disposition and has a great moves freely throughout the store making suggestions and showing you varoius beads, bracelets and rings. She has an ease about her and is very approachable when asking her about the merchandise and extremely knowledgeable about the product. I absolutely loved her and her attitude and insightfulness while being only 19 years old. She showed me many different beads, rings as well as bracelets and knew how to sell the product. The only negative was that there wasnt any specials which Pandora usually promotes for Valentine's Day. I spent $700 and would have spent more if there was a promotional gift or incentive.

The staff who work in the store are very friendly they help you find what you are looking for and give you different options. I am very satisfied.

I came in the day before Valentine's. I was greeted at the door and directed to Jen, who promptly brought a catalog and explained their safety protocols. When I found what I was looking for she retrieved my merchandise and was very friendly.
