Juanita S was awesome. I was there to pick up my online order but also was looking for an item that was sold out online. Juanita also made some other great recommendations and I ended up buying another charm. She was really knowledgeable and very polite. All the sales associates in the store was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely return to this location again.

I called the store to place an order for several gifts to pick up. Diane had helped me before and I asked for her help for sizes for bracelets. She prepared my order and had it ready for me to pick up and pay for in the store. The overall experience was excellent!

the customer service was very good ... the sales ladies answered every question and explained everything...i had to come back cause i for got something and although it was 5 mins after closing ..they open ed the door and gave me what i left inside
