I went to the store close to my house, friendly helpful associate who exchanged one of my items easily without judgement and then showed me the new items I was interested in trying. What’s not to like! The store is setup to protect me and the associate as well, which is important to me.

Our sales rep was very helpful and friendly. I actually found a charm I liked by looking at her bracelet. I did get my "starter kit" bracelet as a Christmas present, so it was a little too big and I had to exchange it. I went 2 bracelet sizes down at the advise of the store, but I am a little worried that the bracelet is now too small. I hope it doesn't take too long to get its stretch. I feel a few more charms, and it won't move at all. Eek.

The sales person was able to cancel my online order because they had only two items left and process my purchase through the store. Highly satisfied.

The sale woman, names Diane was really helpful. She listened to what I was looking for and tried to help me as much as possible. Overall great service.
