It was two days before Christmas and like most men, I decided to start my Christmas shopping. In the first time in years, I really had no idea where to begin. I work down the street from Pandora at the Promenade and decided it would be a great place to start. Luckily, I was paired with a lovely customer associate named Naomi. She had such a warm and welcoming personality that eased my anxiety. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took her time to find me the perfect gift. After making my selection, she wrapped the gift beautifully. I cannot imagine having an easier or more enjoyable shopping experience. I really hope that the Pandora management team will recognize Naomi for her wonderful customer service. In addition, I hope that other team members have a chance to hear what a wonderful experience that Naomi provided in hopes that they will aspire to do the same.

Naomi my sales rep went above beyond. She made the process simple. Also she was smiling behind her mask and keeping us safe.

I am highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because of the excellent service by my Dasher. She was pleasant to be around and made for very good conversations. Only bad thing is that she is the vp for Burlington Township. Otherwise very good service.
