The overall experience was friendly, I was welcomed with open arms. Naomi was very knowledgeable on the merchandise, knew exactly what she was talking about. Lastly Naomi kept the visit quick and efficient, I didn't feel as if I was rushed or time was being wasted.

Two of the sales personnel tagged team together to help as I had a large order. Brianna and her friend knew exactly where to look for the perfect charms, necklaces, bracelets to make my gifts special!

There was minimal waiting time as opposed to past years where I had to wait over an hour because of the crowds. The sales associate Hannah was very pleasant and offered alternate suggestions to what I was looking for. She was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about the product line. I got everything I wanted. Great shopping experience.

Juanita was able to answer my question about charms "spinning" on an O ring. She showed me silicone clips which solved the problem. I purchased 2! :-)
