Was greeted when i walked in immediately. Everyone was nice and happy to help me. Store was clean and everything was clear for me to understand.

Someone came to help us immediately, and they also were able to tell me right away that the item I was looking for was retired and found me something that was in the realm of what I originally had wanted.

Even though I could not return the item, the associates explained how to do it by calling the customer service number in the book. The ladies were awesome.
