The service was great, the sales woman knew a lot, and the store was very nice.

I received the merchandise I requested but could not use promotion coupon issues by Pandora and no one could figure out problem

Diane runs a wonderful and efficient team at the Marlton store. Her and the two other employees working (I believe one of them was named Jess) were making sure all customers in the store were being helped to the fullest extent. Since I’ve started shopping at the Marlton location, I refuse to go to Cherry Hill. The service at Marlton couldn’t be better. Diane is extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. Her good work ethic and enthusiastic & positive energy is obviously absorbed by the other employees, thus creating an outstanding customer service experience. Diane has a very tasteful way of upselling. She took my total from roughly $700 to over $900 without being pushy or aggressive. Her knowledge of the product and attentiveness to my preferences & style made it so that she was able to suggest the perfect pieces to me. From a business standpoint, that is a very valuable and admirable quality. She is someone I would want representing my brand.

Sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable. Product we had seen online was in stock at store and was reasonably priced. Product was attractive and we were satisfied that the product we purchased was going to be liked.
