My daughter received a bracelet as a gift for Christmas. She loved it, but unfortunately there was an issue with the clasp and it would not stay in place. While we didn't have a receipt, Corrine and Fiza worked with us to get her a new bracelet. She was especially excited because she was able to pick out one she loved. Corrine and Fiza did not have to work so hard to find a way to correct the issue. I am so grateful they were willing to work with us to find a solution. I personally had never purchased anything from Pandora, however with the level of service we were provided, I will definitely be back.
