Customer Service is always a key for me when walking into a business and we were greeted upon entering. Prices are reasonable for the amazing merchandise, I just wished the exact amount was listed by each item. Halat definitely was very helpful and patient,made our selections easier!

We were unsure how to get the charms off the bracket. Our sales girl showed us how to screw the charms off. She also re arranged my bracket for me.
