I purchased items yesterday and was told I could return to have my previous purchases cleaned. I called the store today and a woman told me I could not come in today because they were too busy. So I called later and Nabil helped me and told me to come in and he would take care of me and he did everything he said he would and I ended up buying more jewelry today.

Halet Hurori was very knowledgeable about the charms on sale and the additional 20% off that day before the store closed. She was able to quickly locate each of the charms I was looking for to complete my theme bracelets. I will be visiting this location again next week.

The sale person was the exclusive reason. She was pleasant, patient and very knowledgeable.

The sales lady had on the jewelry and told me her story behind her charms. She was friendly and made me laugh which is hard to do.

Love the locaton of the Allen Store and enjoy Bill, Tammy and Nicole who assist me when I visit the store.
