I walked into the store to have my bracelet cleaned. I was greeted immediately. The associate asked me to count the number of charms for my protection. While my bracelet was being cleaned, the associate informed me of the promotion and suggested charms to complement my bracelet. When the bracelet was clean, she placed charms I picked on the bracelet. She asked me if she could balance my bracelet and was explaining why she was moving my charms around. I ended up buying 3 additional charms to complement my bracelet. Wow it looks awesome.
