We walked in, greeted by Maya and she knew exactly where the item was that we wanted. In and out in about 15 mins. She was very nice and polite. Only disappoint was the ring we purchased did not come in a 6.5. We purchased the 6 but may need to exchange for the 7 as it seems to fit too tight, but the 7 was a little too loose. We purchased the Ring Timeless Elegance with clear CZ.

Tamara was very nice and very helpful. She gave suggestions, showed me new styles that came in and helped find the perfect size for me. She also explained all the deals as well as the cleaning service offered. Overall I was very satisfied and Pandora has my business.
