Found the perfect bracelet for my daughters 12th birthday.

Salesperson (Sarihah) was very helpful and friendly. We've had the pleasure of having her assist us two previous visits to your store. Even though it had been two weeks since we'd been in, she recognized my wife and even remembered the pieces she had been interested in the previous visit.

The transaction was fast and all the items I want are available.

Nabeel greeted me immediately upon entering busy shop. He asked who/what i was shopping for and immediately worked thru my tasks. He added charms to locket, updated bracelet with some rose gold center points and even added on the limited edition Xmas charm/ornament. His product knowledge, experience in building nice pieces and all around personable guy sealed the deal for me. He wrapped all the gifts, closed the sale and thanked me by my name inviting me come back....done! I'm a retired DM in the retail industry and your Nabeel put a smile on .y face to see the passion still alive in sales associates, great job Pandora

I walked in an immediately saw what I came for. An associate greeted me right away and assisted me to get the item and pay for it. I was in and out of the store within 15-20 minutes which was a fantastic time saver for me.
