The charms that I was looking for were in stock. The sales associate was knowledgeable. The overall experience was pleasant.

Prompt customer assistance, a plethora of options, however the store is a bit small and hard to maneuver. Other than that, I can't complain.

Deidra was extremely knowledgeable about the product. I'd never been into a Pandora store before so I was completely new. I was looking for a gift for my grandmother and Deidra was patient while I asked a lot of questions and looked around. I even found something for myself!

Tamara always takes great care of me! I usually buy rings. She has a great selection for me to browes. She is always fun to work with and can get me the sizes an styles I like.

After I purchased my ring I mentioned I would like to purchase a bracelet on day and I should have been shown them as well....who knows I may have purchased that day.

My daughter received a gift for Christmas that was too small, the associate advised the gift receipt was for a different item so she could not exchange. The associate provided no further assistance, no attempt to call the other store or try to work with me. No additional step that could be taken. I had to figure ot out on my own.

No particular reason. I realize not every associate will be as bubbly as myself. Cheerfulness will help sell more merchandise. I’ll return soon I have some special occasions and want purchase more.

Clerk was helpful. Could have been friendlier. Item that I purchased is difficult to read. It seems Pandora continues to make charms smaller, but price remains the same or higher. It would be nice to be able to read the message on the charm. Yes, I was wearing my glasses. I was also interested in the True Friends charm, but when I saw the gems and could not even tell the colors on either piece, I was disappointed. Why have a message or color if you cannot see it?
