Purchased a ring, that had a flaw, and instead of given the choice to return due to a defect in ring, i was told they would fix it, i could not return it

I received a Birthday coupon however I could not use the coupon in store! That is unacceptable for a customer to only be able to use the coupon online... it’s also doing the store rep a dissatisfaction as well bc I could’ve easily come in the store wasted her time to find everything I wanted and then return to the online site so I could use the coupon... although I didn’t I was not happy about not being able to use the coupon in store! Otherwise the sales associate was helpful

I was looking for a specific clip charm for my charm bracelet and was disappointed to find that the closest store that had it was about half an hour away from me. Other than that love the video the store had and the lady who helped me was sweet.

Sale had ended three days prior- and I was unable to get in during the event. It would have been nice if Pandora extended the sale- to a preferred Cardmember.

I love my Pandora charm bracelet but the charms are just a little to pricey. With the design of the Pandora charms you just don’t want to mix it with other charms from different stores that’s I keep buying from Pandora but once I fill it up I’m done.

I went to exchange an item but because the item I initially purchased was more than the item I wanted to exchange it for I had to make an additional purchase to make up the difference since my original purchase was not made at that store.

I exchanged a ring for a smaller size, but the store did not have the size. The manager was very helpful and tried to locate the size at another store. The other stores were not answering the phone, so the ring had to be ordered online.
