Wasn't sure which new bracelet size to purchase. It would have been easier to try on models bracelets at the store to get a better feel how the bracelet would feel in the long run with most charms on it. The rep was correct as I had to go through with different sizes to try and feel after exchanging a few times and be comfortable with my charms added to it. Also, it was good to know more about the clips to hold charms in place along with the weight distribution and perhaps more of the chain use. It would be nice for to give more information about it or have a person give tutorials nights meet and greet interests Pandorians. - Just a thought. But everyone was nice and tried to help out nicely.

The experience was wonderful however when I got home (I live 50 miles away) I realized the wrong piece was put on. I wanted and purchased the limited edition Mickey bead but got the heart one instead. Now I will have to drive 100 miles round trip to procure the correct bead that is providing they still have one.

The sale person was very negative when I told her that I wanted to exchanged a defective charm, she told me no, without checking the received in the computer first. The purchase was made on February 2017. If it wasn't for my sister in law I would've return home without the situation being resolved. It was not a very good experience.

My first experience was with a gentleman in this store was the greatest shopping experience ever, which is why I bought a number of bracelets for family and friends. I have yet to get this experience again. I almost wish I would not have started this tradition with my family due to my last few in store experiences.
