the sales associate wasn’t very friendly. it was almost like she was bothered to be helping us. i walked in anticipating purchasing multiple charms but her demeanor was off putting so i only purchased 2 with the intention of 8. i ended up placing an online order for the rest.

The staff was not very friendly and personable. I would not go to this location again due to the lack of customer service and the lack of charms available.

I ordered 11/24 online and had 30% off. My order was shipped and then canceled and returned to Pandora. I spoke to customer service and was told they would send me a code to reorder my items at 30% off. Never happened..I had to repurchase my items in store and no discount. I am disappointed customer service did not follow through.

Over charge the total purchase on credit card. Had charms cleaning, but 1 missing charm didn’t return after cleaning.

The reason for my visit was to EXCHANGE a gift that I received on 1/15, it was a late Xmas present. I presented the charm with the PANDORA bag and tissue I received it in. I explained it was a gift and no receipt. I was asked for the numbers of the people I received the gift from and they weren't in the system for whatever reason. I was told that bc there was no proof of purchase I couldn't return it. I knew this was not right and I asked for the return policy. Mind you 3 associates stated that this was the return policy and I needed proof. I was highly upset bc I have MANY charms from this store! Once I read the receipt, I corrected them by stating that any item without receipt could be returned and receive a gift card for the last price. This was a horrible experience bc the person working with me was going by what the MANAGER said. The MANAGER even said "its before the 30th go ahead and do it." Not, I'm sorry ma'am, we were wrong. I'll give pandora a break since I've spent enough money here, especially over the holidays. Where not only myself purchased charms but my partner, mother and sister in law did.

My sister and I where trying to buy a bracelet for my niece and the lady keeps telling us no buy because she was little and she didn’t want to show bracelets for my niece and I ask her to clean my bracelet and she take it to the back and another lady came with my bracelet she said it was clean but my bracelet looks horrible my charms are all yellow not shiny at all I’m so mad this happen and I don’t know how to fix my bracelet
