Your return service is the worst. The store associate has to call the manager 4 times to figure out how to do a return. You need a better system. Maybe if you had barcode tags attached to each item your service would improve and seed up.

I really am disappointed in the “discretionary factors” given to each store. And to be told the online is separate and a different system and store than stores and stores are FRANCHISES. I purchased earrings that were really defective and changed colors and looked horrible. It was worn 2 times. Your return policy doesn’t tell the truth. It’s up to the store to exchange or give money back. I have purchased 3 Pandora chains and have 2 separate profiles. I purchase A LOT but because of this I will NEVER BUY FROM PANDORA again. Never. Because of how a consumer is treated. I can’t take it anymore.

I had an experience with two girls at the store. They were moody and unhelpful, rushing through everything and with a rude attitude. They took advantage of my immigrant mother and gave her an euro and told her it was a dollar coin. This is very disrespectful and unprofessional. She purchased a bracelet and they didn’t even give her a box, they just gave her a tiny clear bag with it. Awful service, those girls shouldn’t keep their jobs.

The associate had no knowledge of the return process, she had to ask her manager. The manager gave no explanation for why I was not able to return my order. He seemed to not care about the problem nor did he attempt to resolve it. They caused an inconvenience for me because I have to mail my order back, considering on the order slip it gives the option of returning in store. Very disappointed in the customer service of this store.

Hello, I'd like to confirm if what we experienced during our 1st and most recent purchase is the norm for this brand. January 3rd my daughter advised me Pandora was having a sale, she's turning 14 and has been asking for one of the bracelets. We went in and purchased the essence bracelet with 4 charms. We were given a tiny beige satchel to hold the items. I asked for a box and bag and was given a cheap plain black paper bag with one tissue in it. My daughter is opening these items during her birthday party January 11th. The presentation is awful, as if I had purchased these items second hand. I am very dissatisfied with this. I Love pandora, and l am a big-fan of pandora. I very satisfied charms i bought, but I did not like attitude of salers. They did not care of me, they focused on their own working. They were very rude, not kind. I know many salers of pandora stores are very nice, and kind. However, this store was so bad. I visited this sotre one year ago, that time was also bad. I never want to go this store.

Maysa the sales associate was so rude to us.. She even ask me to pay something, when I knew the item was for free because of the promo. She has an attitude a RACIST! we step at the store 8:45 and she’s rolling her eyes.. This branch is from 887 Market St Allen TX 75013.. Call them and let her know, there were 3 complaints heard about this branch because of her rude attitude.. Pandora employees should be not like this.. We heard the complaints from other Pandora clients from other branch who came there.. Frisco TX and North park TX Pandora have the best customer service, they even apologize for this lady’s rudeness..

As I walked in with my sis in law to do a return the associate greeted us, we explained and she continued to tell us that that piece was retired. She could not accept if it was over a year. I told her it was less than a year and still continued I told her to check the computer, it was purchased less than a year.She saw it was purchased in Feb of this year. I told her she needed to check that before she starts off so negative. She again said she couldn't accept the piece. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager. She said she wasn't there. She left to call her to only return and say that she said we can spend $55. We saw a piece for $70 and she said we could not purchase it because it had to be for $55. I said are you kidding me. We are willing to pay the difference and your telling us no. Then she changed her mind. But I forgot, she was we don't us somewhere to get the piece repaired that's where I lost it. After completing the sake, I told her as to how to approach a customer.
