I had my sales associate Daniela’s full and undivided attention. She even helped my find a charm that I really wanted but wasn’t showing online. She gave me some awesome tips as well.

Sales associate Preet & Daniela were really knowledgeable. The girls seems like they love what they do. They answer all my questions. I will always return to this location for my future Pandora purchase.

The experience at Pandora at Water Creek mall in Allen, TX was amazing, Fiza (was our jeweler) she was very accommodating & has an eye for Pandora jewelry, she even noticed the tiniest thing such as the material & miss gem in my girlfriend's ring (that neither my girlfriend noticed) she took care of the matter quickly & was very knowledgeable in what to expect with the jewelry, the cleaning process, how to assemble the charms, why the bracelet were created a certain way & what charm is better matched to each bracelet. She not only went above & beyond, she even pulled out other charms not in the display case as many times as we've been to different Pandora locations in & out of state Fiza was the most incredible jeweler we have ever met & we believe she holds her title to the high standards as Pandora would at all their locations & Pandora should use her to teach/give an example as to how to offer fantastic customer service. We will only shop at this location b/c of Fiza & if she is not there, we will use the online shopping but highly recommend & prefer Fiza.

The girls were amazing and fabulous. Showed me every charm I wanted to see and more. Introduced me product I would’ve never thought myself to buy!

Kate was very inviting from the moment that I walked in. She assisted me nicely with starting my new bracelet. She’s helped me before during previous visits at this store and I look forward to experiencing her excellent customer service in the future.

They greeted me with a warm hello and big smiles. Polite and friendly staff that are very knowledgeable about Pandora. They had exactly what I was looking for.
