My experience at the Allen, Texas, Watters Creek location was perfect. I think my associate was Kelly. I’m hope that’s her name. She was great. So great that when I picked up my online order, I purchased an additional charm for myself! She was so very helpful and sweet! She deserves a raise! 😊

I was promptly greeted as soon as I entered the store. The same associate took me exactly to where I wanted to look at merchandise and offered new and holiday jewelry to me in which I bought as well! She was absolutely great!

The clerk was able to work with my daughter's vague ideas of what she was looking for and narrow down our choices until we were able to find something.

Ordered a charm online.. Not exactly what I wanted when seen in person. The ladies helped me find another gift that was perfect. Plus I left with a little something for myself.

Store selection is great. You can get old fashion or the latest designs. Sales agents know of other designs available if not in store.

I was looking for earrings for my granddaughter. They were not available online so I searched for a store near her that carried them. I spoke with the associate and paid for them and arranged for my daughter to pick them up very happy! But since I’m in Michigan, it’s unlikely I’ll be at that store anytime soon!

in store customer services was great, I had to come into store because they cancelled my order on line twice. I was a little upset that I had to come in store but the sales associate was very nice and knowledgeable
