I was highly satisfied with my experience because I received service fairly quickly. I was quite pleased with the selection of merchandise but was disappointed because a specific item I was looking for was not there. Overall, loved my experience. Went and bought 3 rings!

Xena C. helped me when I was indecisive. She was also patiently waiting for me to choose the right pendants. She was also able to relate with me based on her experience with the jewelry itself. There was also a gentleman that worked in the store and he wasn’t welcoming me. He asked Xena if she could help other customers and disregard me. She took initiative and informed him that I am her priority. Thanks to that I ended up purchasing almost $700 worth of pandora. She’s super amazing!
