the person who presented me the jewelry knew all the details and gave good suggestions. At first I thought I will spend more time looking for something, but the support I received help me to decide in less than 10 minutes.

David who works in Monterey came to assist at the store at Valley Fair provided EXCELLENT customer service. He was welcoming, warm, and I would even drive to Monterey to buy with him. Sales personnel should follow David example of customer service. Keep up the good work!

Upon Entering the store I had an idea of a charm that I was looking for to complete my bangle. This was in honor of my mom who passed away on 2012. I was immediately greeted and approached by Tina who was very charming, friendly warm and very knowledgeable of the products. At the end if the sale I ended up leaving the store with 3 charms and I was very happy with my purchase. Thank you Tina for your assistance
