Rukhsana was extremely helpful and highly knowledgeable. She was so calm even though the store was busy. She remembered items I had been considering on a previous visit and I ended up buying them on this visit as she was able to find my size which she was willing to search for. She made my Valentines Day extra special. She is highly professional and Pandora is lucky to have her.
